Refund policy
We offer a 7 day return policy, giving you 7 days after receiving your item to request a return. This policy applies as of October 24, 2025.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as received unworn, unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. You’ll need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To initiate a return, contact us at team@aamswear.shop. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted. For any return questions, reach out to team@aamswear.shop.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately at team@aamswear.shop if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. We’ll assess the issue and resolve it promptly.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain items are non-returnable, including perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, plants), custom products (e.g., personalized T-shirts), personal care items (e.g., beauty products), hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Sale items and gift cards are also excluded. Contact us at aams.wear@gmail.com for clarification on your specific item.
Exchanges
The quickest way to get the item you want is to return your current purchase after approval, then place a new order separately.
Refunds
We’ll notify you via email after receiving and inspecting your return, confirming if the refund is approved. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Note that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to reflect the refund.
